Each stone we work with is entirely natural, which means variations in color, texture, and tone are to be expected. These differences make every piece unique and are part of its inherent beauty.

Jewelry Care
Each Xibalba piece is created to last, but proper care will help preserve its beauty over time.
We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. In case of contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, clean with a jewelry cloth as these products may affect the shine of the metal.
To clean your piece, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Jade and other natural stones should be handled with care and intention, honoring their organic nature.

We encourage you to confirm your size carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure, we are happy to guide you through the sizing process or answer any questions prior to purchase.

All our pieces are handmade in small batches or individually crafted. Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout, allowing the time and attention each piece deserves.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
